You will always be aware of how much you are paying for our services.
The records we provide may be used for employment purposes or in connection with other
legitimate needs. Verification of records are the user's responsibility.
The user of this site understands that records provided by ScreeningMaster, LLC are compiled from
state, local and federal government data. These records may not always be 100% complete or accurate.
ScreeningMaster, LLC does assume any responsibility for the accuracy of the information obtained
from outside sources and is not liable losses, injuries or damages relating to information obtained
from ScreeningMaster, LLC.
Though ScreeningMaster, LLC provides public record data for use in your pre-employment and tenant
verification, you, the client must use this data in accordance with the applicable laws. The
Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Fair Housing Act, and all other national and local laws must be
complied with. If you are not familiar with these laws or have questions, ScreeningMaster, LLC recommends
that you consult with a legal professional.
ScreeningMaster, LLC employs a strict no-refund policy, even if your criminal record search results come
back with no records. Every search incurs fixed, and sometimes variable, costs. We must charge you for
this service.
ScreeningMaster, LLC cannot offer any legal advice on laws or use of these reports. You, the customer, are
responsible for all actions taken based on the requested information. By using ScreeningMaster, LLC's
services, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ScreeningMaster, LLC, including its officers,
partners, and managers for any damage claim, attorney fees, or any incurred expenses resulting from
information related to records obtained from ScreeningMaster, LLC. By utilizing the services offered by
ScreeningMaster, LLC you indicate acceptance of this statement.
